Judwaa 2 is an Indian Hindi action-comedy film directed by David Dhawan, starring Varun Dhawan in a double role as estranged twins opposite Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu. It is currently scheduled for release on 29 September 2017. It is a sequel to David Dhawan's 1997 film Judwaa.Tan tana tan is a remake of the popular song from the 1997 film Judwaa starring superstar Salman Khan. The song was picturised on the Dabangg star, Karisma Kapoor and Rambha.

“Tan Tana Tan” is a remake of the popular song from the 1997 film Judwaa starring superstar Salman Khan. The song was picturised on the Dabangg star, Karisma Kapoor and Rambha in the previous movie and is definitely going to take us on a nostalgia ride. A few days ago Taapsee Pannu also shared a short video from the rehearsals of the song on her Instagram handle. And if we listen to the new version of song, we can be assured that this recreated version of the popular song is going to be better than all other recreated versions we have heard so far. This peppy number is being choreographed by Ganesh Acharya, giving us more reasons to be ready to shake a leg on this one.

Varun on Sunday tweeted a glimpse of the song, where the Badlapur star is seen shaking a leg with co-star Jacqueline Fernandez, director David Dhawan and the crew. “Wrapped shooting for Tan tana tan. Few more months before the video is out. Judwaa 2. This one is special,” Varun captioned the image.
The team looked happy to have the Tubelight actor joining them for a cameo. He had worked in the original version, which also starred Karisma Kapoor and Rambha. Salman was also seen in a double role. In the second installment, Varun Dhawan reprises the role of the superstar. The actor recently shot two songs for the movie which were retained from the original, “Oonchi Hai Building” and “Tan Tana Tan”.

As stated by DNA, “Salman and his team are planning to unveil the first teaser, along with Varun Dhawan’s Judwaa 2 that releases on September 29 this year. It all ties in wonderfully as Salman and David are old buddies, Judwaa 2 is a remake of Salman’s Judwaa (1997) and he has done a cameo in it. So, the plan is to attach the TZH promo to the prints of Judwaa 2.”
