Last week, the Internet exploded with rumours that Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli had a hush-hush wedding in Italy planned - the actress' spokesperson said there was 'no truth' to the reports and continued to deny the wedding rumours, right up until Anushka Sharma was photographed at Mumbai airport with her parents and brother Karnesh on Thursday night. They were believed to be flying to Italy via Switzerland - the entourage was reported to include a priest. Despite denials, Anushka's father was reported to have invited neighbours from his Versova apartment block to the wedding. Designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee was reportedly in charge of the bride's wardrobe.
Rumours that Anushka and Virat, both 29, were already married were prompted a tweet posted by a sports journalist over the weekend. However, conflicting reports on Monday suggested that the wedding was scheduled for later this week and that Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Sachin Tendulkar and Yuvraj Singh would attend. A wedding reception has reportedly been planned in Mumbai later this month. Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have been dating for several years after meeting on the sets of a commercial. They often post messages to each other on social media and are pictured attending social events together. They were last spotted at cricketer Zaheer Khan's wedding to actress Sagarika Charge. It had been long speculated that India cricket team captain and Bollywood actress will tie the knot but no date was confirmed by the couple. However, the official announcement was made on Monday. The two tied the knot in Italy. Early life

Lima was born in June 12, 1981, in Salvador, Brazil. Many sources state that "Francesca" is her middle name, but Lima herself denied this in an interview to W Radio Colombia in 2010, and confirmed that her name is only Adriana Lima. Her parents are Nelson Torres and Maria das Graças Lima, a social worker. Her father left the family when she was six months old, and Lima was raised only by her mother.

Career and modeling

Three years later, Lima moved to New York City and signed with Elite Model Management. After acquiring representation, Lima's modeling portfolio quickly began to expand, and she appeared in numerous international editions of Vogue and Marie Claire.

Her first magazine cover was Marie Claire Brazil in September 1998. Her first Vogue cover was the Italian Vogue Gioiello in September 2000, on their 20th Anniversary issue.

It is reported that Prabhas might do a cameo in Tamannaah's next Bollywood project 'Khamoshi'. It will be directed by Chakri Toleti and happens to be a remake of the Tamil film – Kolaiyuthir Kaalam starring Nayanthara.

The report mentions that Tamannaah will play a differently-abled girl in 'Khamoshi'. The movie has been produced by Vashu Bhagnani. The film also stars Prabhudheva and Bhumika Chawla.

The report quotes a source as telling Deccan Chronicle, “Tamannaah and Prabhas are good friends, and he is more than happy to do anything for his close friends. It’s a special appearance which will enhance the story.”

Parmanu The Story of Pokhran: Now some pictures of film's lead actors John Abraham and Diana Penty from the film's set have been leaked. These pictures are currently floating on the internet and further, raise our curiosity. John Abraham is dressed in army uniform and he can also be seen saluting.

The film is based on Pokhran-II, the series of five nuclear bomb test explosions conducted in Rajasthan in 1998.

The movie has been produced by KriArj Entertainment, Zee Studios, Kyta Productions in association with Abraham's JA Entertainment.

Abraham has also written the film along with Saiwyn Quadros and Sanyuktha Chawla Shaikh (writers of Neerja). The music of the film is helmed by music composer duo Sachin-Jigar.

Parmanu is scheduled to release on 8 December this year. The film also stars Boman Irani.

Speaking about the film, the producers, Prernaa Arora and Ajay Kappor said, "For us, this is not just a film. It's a dedication from our side to all our soldiers of our country from all the forces. Also to all the scientists to dedicate their lives for the country. We are just sharing their story with the world and we are very proud of it. It's a film that every fellow Indian will surely be proud of."

Anushka Sharma gets BMC clean chit in unauthorised installation case

Bollywood actress-producer Anushka Sharma has been given a clean chit by the BMC, who sent her a notice on April 6 for installation of an electric junction box in the common passage area of her building allegedly without taking permission from the civic body. The civic body issued the notice to Anushka Sharma based on a complaint by a resident of the housing society.

After the complaint from another resident of Badrinath Towers, the local ward office had termed it as "objectionable". Now, the same office, in a letter sent to the complainant, has said the "common passage (in question) is owned by Sharma".

The BMC now in a letter to resident Sunil Batra, the complainant stated that after investigations, civic body officials discovered that the electric junction box is fixed in the common passage, which is owned by Anushka Sharma's father. According to The Times of India, Batra claims this is preferential treatment doled out to Sharma, who is a famous personality, after BMC's decision that there is no wrongdoing on the actress' part.

Following the complaint, the BMC inspected the site and in a written communication to the actor said it is "highly objectionable". Now, two months later, the assistant engineer (building & factory department) of K west ward has written to Batra, saying "Electrical junction boxes are fixed on the wall. It is fixed just like in their own home. Total common passage is owned by Shri Sharma (Anushka's father)...".Batra said this is a case of preferential treatment given to a well-known personality. "The law should be uniform for all and if they are allowed to own the common passage, everyone should be allowed to do so across the city," he added.

BMC's earlier notice, based on Batra's complaint, directed Sharma to remove the electric junction box from the common passage area immediately, failing which necessary action will be initiated. Anushka Sharma, residing on the 20th floor of Badrinath Tower housing society in suburban Versova, however, denied any wrongdoing.

Sunil Batra, who lives on the 16th floor, had complained to municipal commissioner Ajoy Mehta in May against the junction box handling the wiring of the entire floor as well as of the central AC. The two wooden cabinets - 10 ft high, 4 ft wide and 15 inches deep - are covered with wallpaper and kept locked. "This is in violation of fire brigade rules and high court has also passed the judgment of common areas to be free of any encumbrances," said the complainant's letter.

The notice did not bear the name of the actor, and was sent to the owner of flat nos. 2001 and 2002 of the Badrinath Tower.

Denying the allegation, a spokesperson of the actress said "There is nothing illegal about any construction or installation."

"The actress owns three flats on the 20th floor and all the permissions since 2013 are in place. Anushka and her family are law abiding and responsible citizens and wouldn't do anything to cause inconvenience or harm to anyone," the spokesperson said in a statement.

In 2013, she was the female lead of the film Nasha, playing a teacher who ends up having a sexual relationship with one of her students. While Rediff stated that she excelled as a seductress in the role, the Mumbai Mirror stated she did "not play seductresses but a proper, responsible drama teacher" and that "Pandey makes an effort but isn't quite there".

Miranda Kerr hands over $10m of jewels tied to Malaysia corruption case

AUSTRALIAN supermodel Miranda Kerr has handed over $US8.1 million ($A10.7 million) worth of jewellery from her Los Angeles deposit box to US government agents.

The Wall Street Journal reported on Monday the jewels included a 11.72 carat heart-shaped diamond pendant Valentine’s Day gift from former boyfriend and Malaysian financier Jho Low.

“From the start of the inquiry, Miranda Kerr co-operated fully and pledged to turn over the gifts of jewellery to the government,” Ms Kerr’s spokesman told the newspaper.

“Ms Kerr will continue to assist with the inquiry in any way she can.”

The jewels were identified in civil-forfeiture lawsuits filed by the US Justice Department pursuing assets allegedly bought with money misappropriated from Malaysian sovereign-wealth fund 1Malaysia Development Bhd.

The fund has denied any wrongdoing and Low has not been accused of a crime. The Justice Department is seeking more than $US1.7 billion worth of assets. Ms Kerr reportedly dated Low for about a year in 2014.

The 34-year-old Sydney-born model began dating Snapchat co-founder and billionaire Evan Spiegel in 2015 and the couple married in Los Angeles last month.

Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio was also unwittingly caught up in the investigation and agreed to turn over gifts identified in the lawsuit, including an Oscar won by Marlon Brando.
